Last summer we launched with a small core group of committed wrestlers. In our first season, we proved what happens when you put serious athletes in a serious room with serious coaching. Now we're expanding — 55 spots total across elementary, middle school, and high school.

This is a training room where kids come to get better every single day. We focus on drilling, technique, and live wrestling in a competitive environment built for athletes who are serious about the sport.

Structured Summer Program

Mon–Thu: 9–10:30 AM wrestling, 11 AM–12 PM strength & conditioning, 1–2:30 PM wrestling. Friday: 9–10:30 AM wrestling only. One price covers everything.
